As part of the HR team, you ensure Sidcon remains a great place to work. You attract new colleagues and guide recruitment processes. You are also a point of contact for employees and contribute to their development and satisfaction. You play an active role in strengthening our company culture and support management with HR-related topics. Thanks to your efforts, our teams stay engaged and motivated.
Within financial administration, you are the expert in numbers and processes. You process invoices, monitor payments and ensure everything is financially accurate down to the last detail. You support reporting, think along about improvements and have a keen eye for detail. Together with your colleagues, you ensure Sidcon remains financially healthy and well-organised, enabling the company to continue growing both in the Netherlands and internationally.
