Always connected

As part of the office-based team, you are the central point of contact for everything related to our underground compactors. From the office, you closely monitor the status of hundreds of installations across multiple countries via our online monitoring system. You detect issues at an early stage, efficiently plan maintenance activities, and ensure the right technicians are sent out with the right information. Thanks to your overview, technical insight and accuracy, the entire system keeps running smoothly.

Field service

Across Europe

As a service technician, you are the face of Sidcon on site. You travel across the Netherlands, and sometimes beyond, to install, maintain and repair our compactors. No two days are the same: one day you carry out preventive maintenance in a historic city centre, the next you resolve a malfunction at a busy collection location. You work independently, with short lines to the office-based team. With your technical skills and problem-solving mindset, you ensure every compactor continues to operate reliably and contribute directly to satisfied customers and cleaner cities.
